Can being out in the sun cause dizziness, headaches, and make you sleepy? I've been feeling really dizzy in the afternoon and evening, and I've noticed my blood pressure drops to 9060. Should I be worried about this?

I'm genuinely worried about my mom. Shes been feeling this creepy crawling sensation under her skin, like ants biting her, and it's been happening several times throughout the day.
