Question

Can a sinus infection lead to post-nasal drip, or could there be other causes for this drip besides a sinus infection? I've been experiencing this annoying drip at the back of my throat, and I'm wondering if it's linked to my sinus issues or if something else might be going on. Any insights would be really helpful!

Usually sinusitis wont cause post nasal drip but in some cases it can cause ,post nasal drip is significantly seen in DNS,visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management

I recently got into a fight and ended up being slapped really hard, like twice or thrice on the left side of my face, near my ear and cheek, and close to my eye area. Right after, I had some bleeding inside my mouth, probably from biting down with my teeth. The next morning, I noticed a ringing in my ear, but there wasn't any pain.
