Could using Keto AZ shampoo, Desowen lotion, and Kevon lotion be causing the increase in my hair fall? I've been dealing with constant dandruff and have seborrheic dermatitis, and now there's itching, inflammation, and irritation along with too much hair fall. Should I stop using these products?

you have to correct your cause of hair fall thats seborrheic dermatitis,which evantually corrects hair fall too,you are using right treatment if its bothering you much,ask your dermatologist for change in treatment plan.
