Good day, I've been having trouble sleeping at night for almost 2 months now, and it's really starting to worry me. My throat always feels dry even though I drink water all the time. I also experience some chest pain and burping, sometimes even heartburn. I've noticed bumps on the back of my tongue and a white patch in the center too. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
