I've been having this issue for a couple of months now where my penis has lost its sensitivity, and I am not feeling any pleasure from things that used to excite me visually or in real life. Although I can still get an erection when I masturbate, it's like I can't get a strong erection at any other time, sometimes only semi-hard. I usually masturbate only every 7 to 10 days. I'm unmarried and unemployed, and I'm really worried about this. Could you help me figure out what's going on and how I can get back to how things were before?
