I accidentally pulled out a tiny broken piece from my toenail and now there's some light redness and swelling on the side of my right toenail. I've been soaking my feet in warm water as a warm compress, but Im wondering if its okay to use Soframycin as an ointment to help with this. Does that sound like a good idea, or should I be doing something else?

I'm dealing with some lumps popping up in my pubic area. They aren't too bad and seem like they've got pus in them. They come and go, but one got pretty bad and burst.
