I accidentally spilled some hot oil on my fingers yesterday while cooking, and it's on my left hand. What would be a good way to treat it? I'm a bit worried about how to properly take care of it.

I'm dealing with a ringworm problem that's been going on for 8 months and I'm really worried. I've taken terbinafine 200mg for a week, itraconazole 200mg for 2 months, and fluconazole 150mg for 2 weeks. I've also tried all sorts of ointments like Luliconazole, Halovate, and even medicated lotions and powders like terbinaforce plus and stuff like keto soap. But nothing's working long-term.
