Question
I recently did a sugar test and my fasting level was 92, not sure if that's okay. After eating, it was 150. I have a family history of sugar problems, so should I be concerned about these numbers and think about seeing a doctor?

Based on your results, a fasting sugar of 92 mgdL is within the normal range, but a post-meal reading of 150 mgdL could indicate prediabetes or early signs of insulin resistance. Given your family history of diabetes, I recommend consulting a doctor for further evaluation and to discuss preventive measures.
