I was recently told by my general physician to start a 10-day course of Telma 40 mg because my blood pressure was quite high at 170110. I've been checking my BP in the evenings for the next few days, and it's usually between 100150 and 115155. After taking the medication for six days, my BP has come down to around 13090, and for the last couple of days, it's stabilized around 12080 in the evening.
