I recently had an HRCT scan and it came back with a CORADS 1 score. I'm wondering if this scan can still show evidence of past COVID or other viral infections even though it's been about a month since I might have had them. Could you help me understand what this result means for my health right now?

I'm really worried about my lungs. Every time I go for a GAMCA medical check, the X-ray shows these small calcified spots in the lungs, and they end up rejecting me for travel to the Gulf countries. Ive never had tuberculosis or any lung disease, though I used to smoke but quit about four months ago. The reports mention calcified nodules in the left hilar region, but doctors tell me it's not a disease and there's no treatment available. I've tried various treatments like homeopathy for six months, allopathy for two months, and ayurveda for a month, but nothing worked. I also got a blood checkup, which was clear. Its just the lungs that are problematic. What can I do to resolve this issue? I really need to find a solution to be able to travel.

I'm really struggling with this persistent dry cough I've had for about 4 months now, and it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I've tried a bunch of antibiotics and different cough syrups prescribed by local doctors, but they only work temporarily and then the cough comes back. I'm a 33-year-old male and have RHD MS. I've undergone ballooning twice and currently I'm on MetXL BD, Aquazide 12.5 OD, and Pentidure 12 LA every 21 days. I consulted with my cardiac specialist at AIIMS in New Delhi, and he said my heart is okay but recommended a PA view X-ray and a chest specialist consultation. I've been using a water steamer for steam for about 15-20 days and taking some antibiotics and cough syrups from local docs, but nothing seems to be working now. I've also been dealing with constipation and gastric problems, and I started taking laxatives for bowel clearance, which has been effective. I don't drink or smoke and don't use any other drugs. What should I do next?

I've smoked 43 cigarettes over the last 8 months and I've stopped now, but I'm really worried. How much harm could that have done to my health? Am I safe, or should I be concerned about any potential diseases? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.
