I was using qtipsearbuds to clean my ear canals and might have gone in too deep because when I pulled it out, it was bloody and now my ear hurts. Could this mean I ruptured my eardrum? What should I do about it?

I've been dealing with a lot of earwax in my right ear, and after seeing a doctor, they gave me ear drops for 10 days specifically for that ear. In September, they used micro suction to clear it out, which was fine at first, but now I notice this constant 'teeee' tinnitus sound in my right ear. It was really faint at first, but now, in late October, it's become a lot more noticeable, especially when I'm in a quiet place or trying to sleep. I'm worriedis this something that will go away on its own, or could it be due to some kind of injury from the procedure? Also, should I be taking any specific medicine to help with this? Its only happening in the ear where the wax was removed, and I didnt have this issue right after the procedure. What do you think?

I'm having a lot of trouble with persistent pain on one side of my throat, and it's affecting my ear, neck, and face. My eye also feels irritated. I've been dealing with this for a long time, even though I had a septoplasty about a year ago. The right side of my throat seems constantly infected, and it's making it hard for me to swallow and eat things like sour or oily foods. This issue also acts up when I'm outside. I've had a sore throat for about 3 weeks now and initially, there was some pain and an uncomfortable feeling. I used to smoke but haven't smoked for the last 3 weeks. I've taken antibiotics and it's better nowthere isn't any pain, but my throat still feels uncomfortable and it dries out quickly. Do you think it's something serious, or is there any way to get this to fully clear up?
