I'm 58 and have been married for over 30 years. I've got a problem where my foreskin is really tight, and my penis doesn't come out from it. It hurts a lot if I try to force it open. I've been having sex with the foreskin like this, but it's affecting my sex life. Even though I've got two healthy kids, I'm wondering if I should think about circumcision at my age. I've also been taking insulin for Type II diabetes for more than 20 years. Could you give me some advice?
