Question
I'm 61 and dealing with COPD type 2. I have to use an oxygen connector and have a tracheostomy. I'm a bit worried and would love some advice on how to manage my condition better. What should I be doing daily to take care of myself? Any tips on living with these challenges would be so appreciated.
