I've been having these mild cold symptoms that seem viral and maybe a bit allergic, like a runny nose and sneezing a lot for the past 10 days. My doctor suggested a blood test, including CRP, CBC, SGPT, SGOT, and Ferritin, to check if these could indicate COVID-19. All my blood test results came back normal except my Basophils Count is at 0, PCT at 0.187, and SGOT (AST Serum IFCC) at 50. I'm curious, is this blood test enough to understand what's going on, or should I consider a RAT for COVID or even a CT scan? I'm feeling a bit unsure about the next steps and would appreciate your advice.

I've just got my routine annual blood work back, and my bilirubin level is 1.1. The lab report says it's in the normal range, but being just 0.1 away from the edge makes me a bit uneasy. I do have hypertension and I'm on the generic form of Norvasc, 5mg, plus a low-dose aspirin. I'm very active, working out 5-6 days a weeklifting, running, or bikingand I maintain a healthy diet. I do enjoy some social drinks now and then. Should I be worried? My other numbers came out around the middle of the normal ranges.

I'm feeling a bit of warmth in my back and sometimes it feels like I have a fever when I touch my neck, but I don't actually feel feverish inside. The heat in my back is noticeable, and I'm struggling to explain it properly. Can you help me understand what might be causing this?
