Question
I'm a bit unsure about which to use for my woundshould I go with soframycin or cipladine powder? I usually clean the wound with hot water and Dettol, then let it dry before applying the powder. But when I clean it again the next day, it's kind of tricky. The wound is still wet, and there's some fluid coming out. Would using soframycin be a better option in this case?

It sounds like you're dealing with a wound that's still in the healing process and is somewhat moist, which is quite common in the initial stages of healing. Both can be effective, but Soframycin is usually recommended for burns, surgical wounds, or where moisture needs to be controlled, as it helps with tissue regeneration without drying the wound too much.
