Question

I'm a bit worried about my recent health situation. Over the last three days, I've noticed that I feel like my head is spinning whenever I'm trying to go to sleep. I checked my blood pressure at home using our Omron digital auto BP machine, and it seems to be consistently within the same range. On top of that, I'm already on medication for thyroid, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and Telday 40. Do you think these symptoms are related to my current medications or should I be concerned about something else?

Given your wife's symptoms of dizziness and head spinning, especially when sleeping, and considering her pre-existing conditions of thyroid, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypertension (with BP consistently in the same range), it's essential to consult her primary care physician or a specialist to adjust her medications, particularly Telday 40, and investigate potential causes such as orthostatic hypotension, hypoglycemia, or medication interactions.
