Question

I'm concerned about my husband's medication for high blood pressure. He's taking Minipress XL and Eslo At, but I'm confused about whether these should be taken before or after meals. His blood pressure is usually around 160110, but after taking the meds, it drops to 12585, and then he feels weak. Is that a normal reaction?
