I'm really worried about some issues I've been having recently. About a month and a half ago, I noticed my penis was itching and there was redness, a rash, and accumulated smegma. I'm uncircumcised and after searching online, I thought it might be balanitis. I've been applying coconut oil daily on my foreskin for over a month now, and while the rash, redness, and itchiness have gone, I've still got some cracks and cuts on the tip of my foreskin.
