Question
I'm dealing with a chronic constipation issue that's been ongoing for about a year now. I've been taking Lectihep syrup and Pegmove to try and fix it, but neither seems to be doing the trick. I'm only able to have a bowel movement every five days. Can you give me some advice on how I can find some relief or suggest any home treatments that might help?

Consider combining dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, and supplements to manage chronic constipation; increase fiber intake through foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and consider adding psyllium husk or methylcellulose fiber supplements; also, try drinking warm water, exercising regularly, and establishing a consistent bowel routine;
