I'm dealing with increasing uric acid levels, and it's causing me a lot of discomfort in my wrists, knees, and feetthey're getting swollen and quite painful. Im a vegetarian and not overweight, and I drink alcohol occasionally but dont smoke. Can you suggest some healthy ways to lower my uric acid levels?
