Question

I'm dealing with pulsatile tinnitus that I've had for over a month now. It's really strange because it comes and goes, and it switches between my ears, sometimes my left ear, then other times my right. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

Now, it's been about 72 hours, and while I've managed to get most of it out of my nose, it still feels like there's something stuck in my ear canals. Is this something I should be really worried about, and is there anything else I can do to clear it out?
