Question

I'm dealing with this thing called bronchitis asthma for like 8 years now. Currently, I'm on Montair LC and using Maxiflow 250 rotacaps. Here's the thingwhenever the weather changes, I end up with this nasty cold and a bad cough with green phlegm, and there's a little chest pain too. The Montair LC helps a bit, but it makes me super sleepy afterward. Could you recommend something that might help without making me feel so drowsy?

I'm really worried about my mom's oxygen levels. It's been a while since she was discharged after having COVID and bilateral pneumonia. The thing is, her oxygen saturation stays around 88-92% when she's resting, which I think is okay. But whenever she gets up to walk or just goes to the washroom, it drops to 75% and then slowly comes back up to about 90%. With the recent reports showing her CRP at 21 and ESR at 37, I'm anxious to know when her oxygen levels might stabilize and stay up, even when she's more active. Could you help me understand why this happens and what we might expect moving forward?
