I'm dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and white patches on my skin, so I've started taking Vit D MGD3 tablets once a week and Calcium tablets every other day, as advised by my doctor. But now after about 23 days, I'm getting really bad mouth ulcers. I've even switched the brand of the tablets and consulted different doctors three times, but the ulcers keep coming back as soon as I start these medicines. What do you think is causing this, and what should I do?

I've been noticing a bit of a damp feeling in my butt crack lately, even though there's not much sweat, just a slight moisture. It's got me curious because whenever I check, I catch a natural, musky smell that disappears in a couple of seconds. This happens every time, and it seems to be coming from the length of my butt crack. Do we have glands in that area that could cause this? Could it be from sitting too long? I've got these small holes and some redness on my skin because of pimples. They aren't really noticeable unless you're pretty close, like 5 feet away or less. I'm currently using a cream with hq 2 vv. Do you think I should reach out to a doctor for this, or will it just get better on its own over time? Can you take a look at my skin in the pictures and maybe suggest something?
