I'm experiencing this constant itching all over my body, and there are these tiny red dots on my skin. It's so bad that I'm losing sleep over it. I'm really worried about what's causing this. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

But it seems like the wounds arent healing as quickly as I'd hoped. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong or any suggestions to speed up the healing process?
