I'm 27 years old, weigh 72kg, and my height is 174cm. Lately, I've been sneezing a lot in the mornings, probably because of the cold weather. I've also been feeling some heaviness in my head. I've been dealing with otitis media for about a week now and have been taking Augmentin 625 Duo and Crocin for it. So, I'm wondering how often should I be doing the steam inhalation thing and how long should each session be? Also, how long does it usually take to completely recover from otitis media? And do you have any tips on how I can prevent it from coming back?

I've been hearing this strange noise coming from the back of my head, just above my neck, mostly on the right side. It happens when I move my head upwards or try to lean back. Plus, I get this neck pain on the right side whenever I spend too much time looking down. I've had this long-standing sinusitis issue on the right side, and it's been a real troublemaker. My neck hurts, I get headaches on that side, and sometimes even throat issuesall these come and go at random. What could be going on with me?
