Question

I'm experiencing some issues that started last night and I'm a bit worried. My Spo2 levels fluctuate between 97 and 98, but they dip to 95 or 96 if I lie down at a certain angle. I've also been dealing with gastric problems and a heavy chest. Whenever I take a deep breath, it triggers a cough. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?

I'm really worried because I've been having trouble breathing for the past three years. It seems like every time I take my medication, it gets better for a little while, but then I start having difficulty again after a few days. I'm really worried about my mom. She's been on the AKT4 kit for her pulmonary TB, and ever since she started the medicine, she's been feeling completely exhausted, both morning and night. She's also experiencing dizziness and itchy skin at night, which is unusual for her. These symptoms only appeared after she began her treatment. Could these be side effects from the TB medication? Should we consider adjusting her dosage? She also has high blood pressure, but no diabetes. What do you think we should do?

I recently got a chest X-ray after being treated for pulmonary TB back in 2002. I was cured after taking medication for six months. Now, my X-ray report from March 16, 2017, shows calcified fibro nodular densities in both upper lung fields, but everything else seems finelungs are clear, trachea's in the midline, heart's not enlarged, and the costophrenic angles are sharp and distinct. The report concludes there's a chronic inflammatory process in both upper lung fields. Could you help me understand what this means? I'm a little concerned and would appreciate your insight.
