I'm experiencing some pain near my chest, specifically above my heart, and sometimes it even shifts to the right side of that area. It's been going on for about two months now. I'm not really sure if this could be related to a heart issue, a nerve problem, or maybe something like gas. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

I've got a situation with my aunty that's worrying me a bit. She's been having chest pain and even though the doctor said her ECG and 2D echo are normal, the TMT showed some changes. I'm having this persistent pain on the left side of my chest, and I've already seen a cardiologist about it. They had me do a bunch of tests like an ECG, 2D echo, TMT, CT coronary angiography, and even conventional angiography. Everything came back normal, which was a relief. But just a few days ago, the chest pain came back and the ECG now shows a T wave abnormality, possibly anterior ischemia. I'm really worried about what this could mean. Is this something I should be seriously concerned about, and what do you think my next steps should be?

He's 55 and has been experiencing this for the past few months. His cholesterol levels are at 225, and his blood pressure is around 13075. Do you think these could be signs of a pre-heart attack?
