Question

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've noticed some hard, pea-sized lumps behind both of my ears, and I also have these squishy lumps on both sides of my neck, although they're not near my jaw. Could you help me understand what these might be?

I've been taking HIFENACP twice daily for 3 days, along with Levocetirizine and Azithromycin once daily because I had a fever of 102 and body ache. I've been having this issue where there's a really smelly mucus coming from just one nostril, and I can't seem to shake off this runny nose. On top of that, I've been feeling kind of lethargic, and I've got this persistent headache thats just on one side of my forehead. Sometimes, I even notice some swelling on one of my cheeks. Could these symptoms be connected, and do you think I should be worried about something more serious?
