I'm feeling really worried about this report my wife got. She's been having trouble breathing and the report said "no pathogen isolated." I'm not sure what that means. Can you help me understand it?

I'm dealing with this constant breathlessness and I'm not sure if it's from a cold or maybe GERD. I'm having a hard time expanding my chest sometimes, and when I wake up, one of my nostrils is often blocked. Ive had an echo, ECG, TMT, and a chest X-ray done, and all are normal.
