Question
I'm having this issue with my tailbone where there's this acne or pimple-like bump that leaks some kind of fluid. It's been messing with how I sit every day because it's painful, especially during long periods. Do you think it's a cyst or something like that? I'm just really concerned and would love some insight into what might be going on.

A painful, fluid-excreting bump on the tailbone area could be a pilonidal cyst, abscess, or infected acne, and it's essential to consult a doctor, preferably A general surgeon, for a proper diagnosis and treatment to alleviate discomfort and prevent further complications.
