I've been having these really scary moments just before I fall asleep where I stop breathing and wake up in like a full-on adrenaline rush. It's happening a lot, like 15 to 20 times back-to-back. I thought it was obstructive sleep apnea, so I tried using a CPAP, but that didn't solve it. Then I considered it might be a stomach acid thing and tried Nexium, but nope, still happening.
