I'm having watery stools and I've already tried Sporilac and Eldoper, but nothing seems to be working. There's also a bit of stomach pain. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Nor Metrogyl since I can't find any doctors available right now. It's really urgent. Can you help?

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with my recent diagnosis from Apollo Hospital. They found 5 ulcers in my digestive tract and said I have IBD, specifically Crohn's disease, along with cough variant asthma. Im a bit worriedshould I expect any side effects from the meds, and how can I manage these conditions effectively on a daily basis? Any advice on diet or lifestyle adjustments would be really helpful.
