I'm just wondering if my ejection fraction being 54 is something I should be worried about. I'm 30 years old, male, and I usually have low blood pressure. Does this mean I'm at risk for heart failure?

I've been feeling this discomfort in my left arm, it's not really numbness or sharp pain, but noticeable, especially when I'm trying to lay down and sleep. I'm trying to figure out if this chest pain is because of stress or my MVP. Ive also been feeling really down and anxious, especially at night, often ending up in tears. Some people close to me think I might have some psychological issues. What should I do?
