Your reports are normal so do you have any kind of diarrhoea or having any digestion issue or you are using antibiotics or nsaids long use so give them symptomatic treatment as all test are normal so it can be antibiotic associated diarrhoea so treat it you are advised for these medications

I've been struggling with this issue for a while now and it's really worrying me. So, a couple of years ago, I had loose motions because of the water and I took Norflox Tz. It helped, but after finishing the course, I ended up with really bad constipation and bleeding which caused fissures.
