Question

I'm living in Chennai and have been dealing with pearly penile papules for about 15 years now. Even though they don't cause any pain, they're like small white pimples around the head of my circumcised penis. I recently tried using toothpaste to dry them out, and it seemed like they got smaller when the skin peeled off after a week. But after about a month, they came back just like before. I've heard about CO2 laser treatments that might help remove them. Are there any dermatologists in Chennai who can offer this kind of treatment? I'm really looking to figure this out.

I've been using Betnovate N for about 7-8 years, but whenever I stop, I get these rashes, redness, and itching on my face. I saw a specialist here and he prescribed Eumosone and other tablets like CFM 500mg, Candimore, Mantrayx, and Lpredace 8mg, but they don't seem to be helping either. The itching and redness are still there, and I'm really desperate to fix this. What should I do to finally get rid of these skin issues?
