I'm noticing a keloid on my chest, but I haven't had any injuries or surgeries before. It doesn't hurt, but I'm curious if it's something that's considered healed or if it's something I should be concerned about. Could you give me some insight into this?

Keloids are stubborn and usually better not to touch them,if it is cosmetically bothering you visit Plastic Surgeon for appropriate management
