I'm noticing small pimples around the base of my penis, near where my pubic hair is. It's becoming quite painful and I recently had unprotected sex, so I'm starting to worry. It feels like boils are forming. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a genital infection, possibly due to a sexually transmitted infection (STI) or a bacterial infection. I recommend you to use an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin and take an oral antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 3 days. It's important to also practice safe sex and get tested for STIs to prevent future infections.
