I'm noticing some itching all over my body, and it's really intense, especially around my thighs and inner thighs. I'm also seeing some red bumps in those areas. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a case of fungal infection, such as jock itch. You can try using an over-the-counter antifungal cream like Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected areas twice a day for about 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with the itching and red bumps.
