I'm really concerned about my skin pigmentation. I've been using a skin shine cream for about a month now, and while it did make my skin look paler, once I stopped using it, I noticed the pigmentation came back. Is it safe to continue using this cream for a longer period? Or is there a better way to handle this so my skin doesn't keep reverting when I stop?
