This type of mucoid phlegm is typical of allergic bronchitis. Since you have gastritis symptoms ,GERD also could be a cause. Next Steps Get an X-ray done. See a pulmonologist first. you will need lifestyle changes and treatment for gerd along with treatment for allergy after evaluation

I'm sending over my reports and really need your opinion. I've been dealing with a mild fever, like 99.5 in the evenings, and a persistent cough for the last 23 months. I haven't lost my appetite or anything, but the symptoms started when I was in Italy and continued after I returned to India. The doctor initially gave me AKT4, but it seemed to make things worsemy fever went up to 101.7 and my coughing increased. After two weeks, they switched my medication to AKURIT 4, with five tablets a day since I weigh 77 kg. It's been nine days on the new meds, and now my fever is around 99 to 99.5 degrees in the evening for a couple of hours, and the coughing has reduced. I'm just not sure if I'm on the right track here. Is it really tuberculosis, and how long should I expect the fever to last? I'm pretty anxious about this.

I'm a bit confused right now. I recently had a pretty bad asthma attack, and my doctor switched me to this duolin inhaler. Before that, I was using the Rotahaler, mainly because it was cheaper. I'm trying to figure out if the duolin inhaler is actually better for me or if I can just go back to using the Rotahaler like before. Any advice on what I should do?

I'm not sure if the phlegm is coming from my throat or lungs, but I've been dealing with thick, little grey phlegm every day. I don't smoke and the air quality is good where I live. My chest CT and PFT came back normal, but I'm still experiencing daily desaturation. Could there be something else I should look into?
