I'm experiencing pain on the right side of my chest, specifically in the middle area, and it gets worse when I bend down, walk, or move forward. It's been happening since yesterday morning. Even sleeping is tough I feel it when I try to lie down, and it's really painful when I sneeze. I've been on medication for epigastric and antral ulcers for the past five days.
