I'm really confused and a bit worried about my breasts. After I stopped breastfeeding my daughter after a year, I've noticed that my breasts haven't gone back to their old shape and still look saggy. Is this normal, and is there anything I can do to help them firm up again?

I'm worried about this armpit fat I'm seeing. Is it just extra fat, or could it be ancillary breast tissue? I'd love some clarity on this.

My forehead's middle part started to grow about 10 years ago. Back then it was normal, but around 5 years ago it suddenly started growing, and now, thankfully, it's stopped.
