What is the best treatment for adenomyosis?

I'm usually on a 30-day cycle and have PCOD. I've been going through fertility treatment and started taking Duphaston from the 16th day. My period was due on the 5th, and now it's the 12th, but I still haven't gotten it. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I'm a 28-year-old woman and I'm married. My period was supposed to start around the 24th or 25th this month, but it's late. Usually, I have a regular cycle and it doesn't skip. This time, I tried to prepone my cycle by a couple of days, so I took Primolut N twice a day for three days on the 12th, 13th, and 14th. I waited 5 days after that for my period to start, but nothing happened. Could Primolut N be causing any side effects, like delaying my period or stopping it altogether? What should I do now?
