Is it normal that I can't detect things that are close by and having trouble telling the difference between salty and sweet? I don't have a cold or headache, just a bit of weakness, but I'm worried because my ability to smell things from a distance is off. Do these sound like COVID symptoms to you?

I've been dealing with a sore throat that started a couple of months ago. I took antibiotics for a week, and it seemed to clear up. But theres this weird feeling, like something's stuck on the left side of my throat. After meals, tiny food particles and debris get trapped there, and I often have to gargle to get rid of them. I've just recently gotten over a cold about 23 days ago, so I'm not sure if it's related. It feels similar to when you have a nosebleed but without any blood. It's been happening for about a day now, just in small drips. I'm really confused and would appreciate some advice on what might be going on. Any thoughts?
