Question
I'm really into my morning walks, and I've been gradually increasing my distance to about 22.5 kms. But lately, I've noticed I'm super exhausted by the time I get home, and sometimes I'm just drowsy all day. I've even caught myself dozing off during travel. This has been going on for about a month. Any idea why this might be happening or how I could fix it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing fatigue and drowsiness due to physical exertion. You may benefit from taking a supplement like Vitamin B12 to help boost your energy levels. I recommend taking a Vitamin B12 supplement with a dosage of 1000 mcg daily. Additionally, make sure you are staying hydrated before, during, and after your walk. If the symptoms persist, it would be a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
