I'm really struggling with acne on my face. It seems to clear up for a bit when I use ointment, but the moment I stop, it just comes back. What could be causing this and how can I manage it better?

It sounds like you may be dealing with acne that is recurring when you stop using the ointment. Paknet-C is a combination medication that contains Clindamycin and Nicotinamide, which are commonly used to treat acne. I would recommend using a gentle cleanser to wash your face twice a day, and then applying a thin layer of a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel at night. Additionally, you can continue using Paknet-C as spot treatment for active acne lesions. If your acne persists, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
