Question

I'm really worried about my brother. He's a regular smoker and has been having a morning cough, occasional breathing issues, and sometimes even chest pain. He recently got some test results back, and it seems like his hemoglobin is high, his PCV is at the upper limit, and his vitamin D is low. I'm not sure what these mean or what steps he should take next?

I'm currently dealing with bronchitis and take Combitide125, two puffs daily, to manage it. I've just gotten over a fever, but now I can't seem to shake off this persistent cough.
