I'm really worried because I got a positive result for HSV IgG with a range of 2.7. I've had the virus for three months, and it's mainly affecting my testicles, anus, and penis. I'm not experiencing pain, swelling, itching, or ulcers on my penis. I'm just scared and unsure if this is something that can be treated forever. Can you advise on what steps I should take?
