I'm really worried because it's been three months and my mouth ulcers aren't healing. I don't smoke or chew tobacco, so I don't understand why this is happening. I've tried taking multivitamins and had four B12 shots, but there's no improvement. I've got ulcers on the roof of my mouth, under my tongue, and I think there's some at the back of my throat on the left side. I've seen three ENT specialists, but none of them have suggested a biopsy. What else can I do or check for?

I'm dealing with OSMF III from chewing tobacco for about 5 years, and now I have patches and bands inside my cheeks. My mouth is burning the entire time, and there's a lot of saliva, but inside it's feeling dry. I've been dealing with oral submucous fibrosis and have stopped using gutkha for 8 days now. While I've never had trouble opening my mouth, I did notice some white-grey patches inside my cheeks.
