Question

I'm really worried because I've been having some issues with my chest and neck feeling tight, and it's gotten worse. Now I'm experiencing chest pain and having a hard time swallowing. I'm 13, and I'm not sure what's going on. Can you help me figure out what's happening?

it might be due to infection, refer to near by physician and they will start antibiotics
